A couple of bits that weren't on the board, which I feel may be important:
One of our main objectives may be to re-contextualize the competition. A "win" for us isn't necessarily being able to compete with Sonoma and Monterey. A "win" is making the list of places our target audience wants to visit. We want to "make the list" of places they cycle.
That's all I can think of at the moment that didn't translate into the white-board text. Good luck with the interviews!
